SMS Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 30, 2026
These SMS Terms govern the CatchCall text messaging program (the "Program"). By opting in — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our website form or by texting us first — you agree to receive text messages from CatchCall as described below.
1. Program Description
CatchCall provides AI-powered missed-call text-back and lead capture services for home-service businesses. When you contact us or a business using CatchCall, you may receive SMS messages related to your service request, including:
- Responses to your inquiry about services
- Qualifying questions about your service request (e.g., urgency, issue type, location)
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates
- Service-related follow-ups and support messages
2. Consent
You may opt in to the Program by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website forms or by initiating a text conversation with us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You will typically receive messages only in direct response to your inquiry or active service request — generally no more than a handful of messages per conversation.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and sent by you. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. CatchCall is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
5. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your unsubscribe, and you will receive no further messages from us. If you want to join again, text START or sign up on our website.
6. How to Get Help (HELP)
If you are experiencing issues with the Program, reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly:
- Email: hello@catchcall.online
- Website: catchcall.online
7. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program is available on major US carriers; coverage may vary.
8. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to the Program
We may modify or discontinue the Program at any time. Changes to these SMS Terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
